I'm thinking of getting a repro. Of the loshult. Question: how was the loshult mounted? What did it shoot? What size bore did it have?

I don't know how it was mounted, but here are some other details...

Loshult

There is no provision for a tiller on the Loshult. It is not actually known when it was made but was probably a model for a cannon.

Loshult Gun
barrel length: 300mm calibre: 36-31mm weight: 9.1 kg material: bronze other: tapered bore

And here's more dimensions and also some stuff about making a replica of it:

Any chance it was mounted as a mortar? A ring sandbag, a bipod...

It's only about a foot long. Maybe a hot-dog bun? Mustard and sauerkraut -- onions aren't period. OK, I'm hungry...
