Hello, everyone. I inherited this from my father when he passed, a few months ago, I have no idea what it is, any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a Bess stock and lock that has been retro-fitted with a blunderbuss barrel. The barrel has proof marks, guys in the know would know if the stock and barrel are from the same time frame.
 
Yes, the vent on the barrel doesn’t quite line up with the pan. Looks like a put together parts job- but it is still worth something in parts .
