Is that mark overstamped? You have stumped me...and that is quite easy to do. Just looking at the gun...it appears Belgian or Enlish to me....but the marks aren't any that I am aware of for thos countries. The crown by itself appears similar to those used in Spain...but only in the 1920's for breechloaders. Somebody here knows the answer...hopefully they respond.
 
At least you are trying. It may very well be that te marks were overstamped. Hopefully somebody can figure out this small mystery.
