This is one I found in my back room, forgot I had it. It was bought as a replacement to one I bought in 1972, previously I had an 1860 army in .44. I used to go to the local dumps and shoot rats. My first big game kill was with that .36. A big old feral cat. I used to use .38 lead wad cutters in it. They shoot pretty good for 5 1/2" of rifling.

I have one also. There must be some variations of them, mine has a blade front sight and finger grooves on the grip.
Maybe you used those .357 wadcutters with no patch? Mine has a bore of .352 so those bullets would be a nice tight fit.
