First I want to thank the members here for the info on the center seam sheaths. I built this knife about a month ago and wanted to make a center seam sheath for it. This is my first attempt at it. It is made out of vegetable tanned cowhide leather and waxed thread. Open to opinions and critique.

Looks great. This is one of my favorite sheath styles, and it also has a long, long history, having been popular from the Middle Ages (and perhaps earlier) right up until the early 20th century with some makers. đź‘Ť
