Well I got the rust off the gun, freed the cylinder and test fired the gun. The only thing I had to do was disassemble the gun and bend the cylinder hand spring to get more tension on the hand. It now cycles with 100% relability. The owner was pleased with the gun when I showed it to her and she was able to fire a couple of charges off at Gettysburg. She will be even happier now that it is 100% relyable. I enjoyed working on this thing.
 
It is very gratifying to bring something like that back from the brink and make it a usful item again. Good job! :thumbsup:
