I am twenty three and this sport has already ruined me, and my bank account, for good. My girlfriend is in medical school, and she is dead convinced that I have psychiatric issues...Once I get her to fire one she will understand
Or be totally convinced that she is correct. You have to convince her that you are on the 12 step program for a cure. Mostly I see relapses after the cure wears off.

Let's see: wipe oil from barrel - 1; measure powder -2; pour down bore - 3; lay patching over muzzle -4; place ball on patching -5; push ball flush -7; trim patch -8; short start ball & patch-9; drive ball/patch down home-10; fill pan - 11: pull trigger ...yep, 12 steps. Hasn't cured me yet. Guess I'm not practicing it enough. More work to do...
