I am near Cincy. I do have people to shoot with. I shot in a club match recently and had lots of fun.
We'll have to talk sometime, I'm a bit west near Harrison, OH/Lawrenceburg, IN.

I'm a greenhorn that got into muzzleloading last fall and I have yet to locate a club nearby or any friends to enjoy the hobby with.

Be careful. Flintlocks are addictive once you get one that is "properly designed" and very reliable. I seldom hunt upland game with anything else, anymore. Or large game in "muzzleloading" season. Flintlocks are just so amazing.
