You have to know what you want, know the difference between a good whatever and not-so-good, recognize an acceptable price, decide if you really want it, and pull the trigger.
Lots of figuring that you have to do fast.
And if you ain't the fastest on the trigger, you might not win.
But if you're too fast, you might end up with a lesser whatever.
We've all missed deals, but most of us have gotten a few deals, too, so maybe it all works out.
