Hello,

I'm pretty sure I haven't started posting before this. My gun is a 36" (barrel) .61 cal percussion rifle. It has a period reproduction scope, which is very long and thin. I doubt that I'll be able to train myself to use it. Right now I hope to get close groups at 200 yards. My main interest is far-shooting, for the gun at hand. Does anyone here have a similar gun?

clffdvr,
Welcome to the MLF,great to have you
with us.Don't think there are very many 200yd
shooters here, but as long as you use B/P with
F/L,M/L or percussion lock you will get along just fine around here.Hope you will visit often and contribute when you can.
I am snake-eyes :hatsoff:

I HOPE for tight groups at 200 yards too, but I can't see that far!!! Have fun and welcome to the MLF and watchyerhair,
Cooner
