Looking at Amazon I see aluminum and copper both at .005. Since the aluminum is significantly cheaper, I wonder if copper has advantages over aluminum that make it a better choice 🤔

I'm new at this and so far my double wall pop can caps have been a success but I'd be happy to pay up a bit for the copper or aluminum to avoid the pop can ordeal.

Actually I can afford to pay up for the commercial caps when they pop up but my frugal (cheap) nature makes DIY my middle finger gesture to the hoarders, gougers and manufacturing who put us on the back burner.
