New thread for bread adventures lol

Onion Bread.

Harvested some Onions for the first time, real sweet and flavorful so made some bread with it.
Added basil, oregano, dried tomato and peppers, topped with grated cheese . Cooked on griddle, yeast non knead dough (Fife).

I have a 18th or 19th century style waffle iron. Let me tell you, it can be a challenge to operate.

Did some bread yesterday, heavenly.
1/3 Einkorn, 2/3 Fife, yeast. Ancient grains, the Einkorn has the highest protein content, only problem is here its triple the cost of Fife, has a great flavor.
