Used a yeast dough.
Turkey leg slow cooked first, Onions, Garlic, mushroom tomato and cheese at the base, hot peppers.
Cooked in cast iron pan.

OK Neil. We see the food but, how do you go about building it?
What kind of cheese did you use? Cheddar? American? Mozzerella?
How many tomatoes? Canned or fresh?
What's the makings for your yeast dough? That is, how much of what goes into it? Do you let it rise or just form it into the pan and let it rise there?

I think some destructions are in order. :)

I used Gouda on the base then put the turkey and canned roma mix on top.
I didnt do any measurements except the dough and I used Einkon flour and let it sit for three days in the fridge so they flour could hydrate real well,
70% hydration. after three days put it in the cast iron pan form and press the cheese on the bottom then let the dough rise, then add cut up mushrooms then mixture on top. baked at 400f for 40min.
