You're welcome. Its about time someone put together a good site on things like blankets. I'd like to see others like that with knives, guns (pistols included), fabric, shelters, etc. It sure would be helpful for folks who are just getting into the hobby, and keep them from spending money they shouldn't have in the first place.

Good site. I was interested to see it as well. I wonder what time frame the sky blue blanket with dark blue stripe HBC blanket would have come. My capote is the blue on blue pattern I just described. I saw the same one on the mountainmen movie at the rondy. I didn't see that blanket listed on the site. Anyone have a guess?
 
I'm not sure if its correct or not, but it might be. Rob Stone makes historical blankets in light blue w/ a red stripe, black stripe (I think), and other correct blankets. There's aren't his, but you can see what they look like at www.nps.gov/fous/tradegoods.html
