Blacksmith's help on sword

I have a cut-down broadsword blade of good carbon steel that I would like to use to build a Spanish sword (espada ancha). I need the services of a blacksmith to forge the guard. What I'm looking for is illustrated at the top of the following website:

If you haven't seen this book: Spanish Military Weapons in Colonial America, 1700-1821; you should look into it as you work on your sword project.
