I'm not certain where to post this for the forum. Attended this exhibit at the Berks County Historical Society last week in Reading, Pa, that county's seat. This gave me a chance to see 52 longguns and 2 pistols, all flint, broken down into the six schools from 1780 on. If you have a chance to go, you should! Saw ad in Muzzleblasts. Well worth the time and energy. Exhibits are set up so you can see guns from ends and cheeksides.Closes 12-31-09 check out @www.berkshistory.org Full- color book available. :hatsoff:

No, no photography is allowed in the museum. When I went I took my wife's DSLR hoping to get some nice pics to share...I was pretty disappointed when I saw the "no photography" sign.

I've trying to get the time to go. I am a descendent of the Angstadts who made guns of the Kutztown school.
