of springs that I had made for my PSOLI Liege. I went through the pile of rejects I had. Having a slow day I reattempted to make some work. Running through the process, double propane, cherry red, motor oil quench, polish, and the drawn out to a light blue and some uniform thinning seems to have done the trick. I took it slower this time. Maybe i was in too much of a hurry to get it done last time. now I have several that work fantastically. Lesson Learned.

@sussexmuzllodr are you able to heat each piece to critical temperature (@1,420 ) and check that they're non-magnetic before quenching?
Yes. Brought them up to a very cherry red almost going to (white? Straw?) They are the closest thing to the factory that I can get for my skill level. I have replacements on order from VTI but it has been months. ( not VTI,s ) fault. While PSOLI has great Guns..their support for parts is horrible. Even through their website it,s a minimum of $50. They can do much better IMHO. Thing was to get the pistol back up and barking....
