Got into cap and ball last year with a Pietta 1851 Confederate Navy, just picked up a 20x20 Pedersoli Howdah pistol and have gleaned MUCH valuable info and hope to contribute my findings.

Hi, welcome from Wisconsin! Good to hear from some of you guys over there. I have a brother on Maui but he is not into black powder....yet.

Welcome to the MLF! Glad you found our camp. Pull up a stump and join the fire and share a tale or two about BP doings on the Island.

A-looooooo-ha! Last time I was there I almost got offed' when the pilot of the (very loaded) CH46 I was on decided to fly over the summit on Mauna Kea! My travel agent (a.k.a. recruiter) never told me about that part of the travel arrangements ... good to see ya here- as it is good to be here also!
