**Not looking to ship, but I will be at the Alabama KY Rifle show on Jan. 13th. Located in Huntsville and would be glad and prefer for you to see it. Just let me know, and you're welcome to shoot it if you have a place to.**

I'm not sure on where to price this thing, so I'll post it at $800 and you can form an orderly line to steal it, or an orderly line to tell me I'm crazy. We can meet in the middle.

This is a decently built but excellent shooting FDC. Supposedly built by Narraganset Arms back in the 90s. They had a rather "colorful" history from what I gather. I picked this up secondhand several years ago from the original owner who never shot it. It's a solid old gun and would be a good piece for someone wanting a smoothbore for their collection. I have no desire to ever shoot shot, and have no interest or connection to the French, so I'd like to sell it and turn it into a new deer capable rifle.

I did replace a somewhat weak feeling original cast mainspring with a new forged one direct from L&R, and it's a very reliable shooter. Sparks well, trigger is crisp, and it doesn't seem to be particularly hard on flints.

I was told from a credible but unconfirmable source that the barrel is a Colerain.

Stock appears to be walnut, and the metal fixin's are iron.

The ramrod is funky sized, appears to be 9mm and the ramrod pipes are .385". The entry pipe isn't inletted particularly well but its solid and works fine. I filed off a burr that was on it, and never bothered to touch up the finish.

Any questions or interest, please reach out!
