Always wanted one of these, every since I've seen them in museums since I was a child.
I found some that are similar but not close enough for what I'm wanting.

@tallpine here on the forum has made a couple. He made one for me on special order last year, and it's a great knife!. I really can't say enough good things about his work and responsiveness. Pics of mine below.

When I saw the OP, I thought of the Shively Bowie (an historical knife that both Crockett and Bowie are supposed to have carried). Bowie as a replacement after using a simpler knife in the sandbar fight.

So I went to ebay and searched on Shively Bowie:

You can see a repro of the Shively Perkins historical knife about half way through this video. It between the James Black Bowies and the English-Huber Bowie. This is the famous museum in Washington, Arkansas.
 
I got one in the works now. Just finished forging and gotta clean things up before I put a handle on. I'll keep you posted when something comes up for sale, but it will be a couple weeks at least. Unfortunately I don't do this full time.
