    Making A Barrel Fit

So I ordered this 12 gauge Pedersoli barrel and it doesn't fit my receiver, the dimensions are slightly off. I wonder if it can be made to fit by a gunsmith, or if it's even worth it. Appreciate feedback, thanks.

Smoothbore Shooting undersize balls for accuracy ...??

Just watched your video. The patch and the wads for .60 round ball seemed pretty close in accuracy. I wonder how they would compare at 50 yards.

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Learnt the hard way not to make paper cartridges out of wax paper. Checked the nipple after the third misfire, looked like someone had poured super glue into it. Bad show!

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Shot my Baker Cavalry shotgun. Mostly paper cartridges, but also some loose loads. The buckshot loads were a little disappointing, but the round balls shot pretty well. Thinking about getting some musket nipples for it or maybe some Mag spark adapters. Thanks

It's too small for deer and too big for the smaller stuff. What is the appeal of the .40 bore? Thanks

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Made some paper cartridges for my Baker Cavalry shotgun. They're tedious to construct, but they make range trips more enjoyable.
