Here she is. Photos are not good. I took them quick right after it finished putting the rifle together. Ill try to get some outside shots soon.

Andrew Verner style stock from Pecatonica river. 42 inch, 13/16ths Rice straight octagon barrel, Chambers large Siler lock, Davis double set triggers. Side plate and toe plate, and the little diamonds for the barrel pins are home made from sheet brass from the hardware store. Hunters star and nose cap are store bought.

Stock stained with BC walnut stain. About 7 coats of linseed oil thinned with turoentine applied , as well as 3 coats of BC stock wax.

I probably should have taken the wrist and forearm down a little more but I am happy with the resullts.

Does it only eat Dunkin Donuts or can you feed it Krispy Kreme also?

Beautiful rifle!

I, too, am curious about the weight. I'd love a .32 or .36 squirrel rifle. While I'd personally lean toward a 3/4" barrel, I haven't seen any pre-carve stocks inlet for that thin a barrel, so a 13/16" may be the way to go if it's a nice, well-balanced weight.

She is a beauty, nice work! :thumb: How much does she weigh?
We will need to see range results too.

I havent weighed it, but a guess would probably be around 8 or 9lbs. Its nose heavy though which Im not crazy about but that I think is due to the long straight barrel. My Lancaster county rifle is the same way. Its also got a straight barrel.

great looking gun!!!!.. give range report please, see how she shoots

Will probably be a little while before I get to range test this gun. Ive got a lot on my plate in the next few weeks.

Need to make a range rod for it. My current range rod is 3/8 diameter. Need to make a smaller diameter rod. I dont like using the wooden ram rods at the range
