My best find was years ago, went to a garage sale, was looking at the junk she had, passed by a cheap red tool box a time or two.
Finally looked in it, top drawer chock full of Hoppes cleaning supplies, bottom full of rags.
How much? She thought and said 5 bucks. Paid her, took it home.
A month later, was cleaning a gun, got the box out. Took off the top drawer. A mint 1851 brass frame Navy 36 was wrapped in an oil soaked rag.
Sold it and regret it.
