Very interesting Lyman Trade Rifle in .50 caliber. Someone decorated this in an Indian-Eagle-Feather motif. It actually looks really cool.

Bore has strong rifling but needs a good polishing. I usually use some 0000 steel wool wrapped around a .30 cal brush and it does a great job. I just don't have any handy. Some Flitz our polishing compound might help, too. Ramrod slides out.. I think the spring tensioner that keeps the rod from sliding out is either missing or out of alignment. Super easy fix.

ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM SALE
$300 shipped in eastern CONUS. Add $20 to western US (west of MIssissippi).

PayPal Friend, Zelle or USPS MO work best.

I found some steel wool, wrapped it around a bore brush and have run it up and down a couple dozen times. I believe the bore will clean up somewhat. I ran out of Kroil... otherwise I'd plug the nipple and fill the bore with Kroil and let it sit a couple days. Regardless, the rifling is strong all the way to the muzzle. Should be a heck of a good shooter.
