That’s what happened to me! I forgot to shut the frizzen and it blew all the powder out even with the hole. I pulled the ball out a little before the puller pulled out of the ball, then fed some powder in through the the touch hole, reseated the ball and shot it. I was sweating.
 
Looks like this lock has had some custom work. Adjustable trigger.

@woodsnwater, that touch hole placement is much better than what you had before. Did you measure the barrel wall thickness to have the touch hole liner the same length as the barrel thickness? You don't want patches to catch on the touch hole or provide a place for fouling to build up.

Get a rare earth magnet that is larger in diameter than your touch hole liner. Use a piece of black plastic electrical tape to use as a gasket for blocking the touch hole when cleaning.
