I went to a shoot in Groveton NH in the fall of 1979 and this old boy was taking orders for his underhammer pistol. I believe he was asking $150. Silly me didn't order one.

Nice photo. Makes me think of the old boys that got me into muzzleloading in the late 50s.
 
Looks like a man I would like to have known. He is obviously a skilled gun builder. Wouldn't you just like to sit down with him and listen to what he has to say. Those lines and wrinkles portend many great stories.
