I already have an almost identical setup except for the nylon bore guide. Did you make your own or can they be purchased somewhere. The one I have is brass but the nylon sounds good to me.

I see you got a toe plate. I'm also partial to the one piece patch box.

How much does it weigh? I'd guess a tad below 9 lbs. Also, where's the balance point; at the entry thimble, or, more probably, just behind? She should shoulder and hold right smartly.
 
Balance point is right behind the rear sight, and as for how much she weighs I have to use the bathroom scale and weigh myself with and without the gun. Probably not real accurate but using this method I get 7.5 lbs
