In case that doesn't explain, a double barrel flint that has the barrels able to turn. Looking for a plan, drawing, sketch on how the 'guts' work.

May have to buy one of those replica's like I did my wheellock. Looks like literaly, you would have the back half of a lock and two front pans/frizzens. The mainspring would have to be to the rear...Two 'plates', front and rear, swivel and locking mechanism.

My friend has a matching pistol/rifle turn-over combo from Leonard Day.

I would love to have a nice 1720's/1730's continental fowling piece in a turn-over.

Pete Alexanders gunsmithing book has a chapter on them and some pics of some French drawings of an early 1700's mechanism if I am not mistaken.

I really like my swivel breech Jaeger rifle. Leonard Day built it for me. I don't know if he has plans available, but you could ask him. His number is: 413-527-0184.

Yep, that's the same book TOW has. We all have our dream guns, I really like ebony wood. The top pic is something I'd like to build.

Leonard built a Dutch pistol very similar to that one, so he might be able to help you source parts. I think it is for sale on Gun Broker right now.
