Richland Arms Michigan Rifle Stock muzzle loader muzzleloader. Stock is in good condition. No cracks or dings. The barrel channel is 27 3/8" long and is inlet for a 7/8" barrel. The lock mortice is 4 3/8" by 15/16". It has been previously finished. The finish is in good condition. The ramrod channel accommodate up to a 3/8" rod.

Condition is good to very good. No racks, gouges or dings

The lock in the picture is NOT included. The lock is a very early CVA lock. It's there to give an idea of the size of the mortice. Was $50 now $35 plus actual shipping cost to your zip.

Adding some clarification on the barrel channel.

First,

15/16" = .9376

7/8" = .8750

13/16" = .8125

3/4" = .75

Measuring the barrel channel with calipers = .870

So it's a hair under 7/8"

Based on your scale, that appears to be 3/4"

7/8" would be at the red hash mark.

That ruler was not a good choice to illustrate with. I've done some caliper measurements to clarify

First,

15/16" = .9376

7/8" = .8750

13/16" = .8125

3/4" = .75

Measuring the barrel channel with calipers = .870

So it's a hair under 7/8"

I tracked down the barrel that came out of it and it measures .853

Hope this helps.

Thank you for measuring. It's a nice piece of wood. Wish I could use it.

Appears to be Italian but with an under sized cva lock installed. I wish I could remember the name of the maker!

The lock is not installed. There is no lock on the stock. The CVA lock is set into the mortice to give an idea of the size of the inlet. The pictured lock is undersized for the mortice.

I believe it to be American made in the late '60's or early '70's.
