I found this pair of flintlocks pretty cheap so I thought I would learn something new. I still need some 4f, balls and real flints. Warm weather would be a real plus. These are made by Miroku in Japan. They appear to be fairly well made. I need to go inside one and repair the trigger, I think I have a broken spring.

:thumbsup: good find! I read somewhere miroku used to make a good bess so you might have some shooters there.Hope yer not going to use 4f for the main charge! :shocked2:
 
Miroku made the Tennesee Moountain rifle for Dixie gun works. They were probably the best production guns ever made. Ask anyone that shot or has one.
