This Snake Eyes double barrel, .36 cal percussion pistol by Classic Arms / CMC is new in box and never been fired. The pistol is actually shrink wrapped in place to the bottom of the box. It has an integral grip frame/barrels made from a solid piece of brass. Also attached to the box bottom is the brass loading/cleaning rod. The directions showing the exploded parts diagram and how to shoot it are included in the box. The end label on the box contains the tag with the make/model/serial number, which matches the serial number on the pistol. Make sure it's legal to purchase in your state without FFL. Price: $170 + S/H

Yes, from what I can tell it's a smooth bore. I don't know what size ball would be correct for it as I've never shot one and I don't have any .36 caliber guns in my collection.
