My wife went rummaging a couple weeks ago and came across a pretty good deal. For $100 I ended up with a TC Gray Hawk in .54 Caliber, 130 round balls, a package of TC's patches, a tin of musket caps, a nipple wrench, a tube of bore butter, 25 sabot rounds, and some other odds and ends. I already have a Lyman Trade Rifle in .50 caliber, and I'm not too big a fan of stainless steel and black fiberglass, but this was too good of a deal to pass up. I'll let you know how it shoots as soon as I have a chance to get to the range - busy siding the house.

Once you get past the idea of plastic and stainless, you have one fantastic shooter.
I have a .54 GreyHawk. Extremely accurate, and easy to maintain. Cleans up nice, too. I 'm not afraid to scratch it up in the woods either. I've taken several deer with mine.
It seems a bit barrel heavy, but it doesn't effect accuracy.
WHAT A WOMAN !!! :hatsoff:
