Here's my new toy. 6" barrel, .32 caliber (0 buck will go a longgg way), copy of the Ruggles patent action. Made by Rod Olsen in Nebraska. He makes all sorts of fine blackpowder arms, and builds UH pistols from barrel cutoffs. Prices are great. Mine was $125; a 10-12" barrel of the same design would have cost $175.

I have several of Rod's rifles and UH pistols. I probably have known Rodney for forty plus years and he does very nice work and has made at least a couple hundred scratch built guns. Two of my flintlocks by him were made in the 70's!
