OK, it's not really a Ruger Old Army nipple wrench.
It's better than that.

Yesterday was at an unclaimed freight warehouse type operation and found this tee set for $2.99.
I just checked the 3/16" socket and yes, it fits the ROA cylinder clearance to the nipples exactly perfect.

So if like me you've found yourself in need a nipple wrench for your ROA but everybody was way proud of the sockets with a long enough reach, here it is for $2.99 plus postage.
