You stated you didn't see anything related to "safety" with Capt. Flint's response to you. Had you any knowledge of any of the qualifications he listed, you would know that that you made an incorrect statement.
 
Haven't we about beaten this horse to death... people are going to drive on bald tires, speed, drink and drive, text while driving, not wear their seatbelts and countless other things we don't agree with or condone.

My grandpa used to tell me... if it's not taking money from your pocket then don't correct a man.

I wish I'd have listened to him more often.
