A couple of years ago I bought a T/C Renegade. I should say the stock and lock are renegade, but the bbl is a cut down 15/16 Hawken. I glass bedded it in the stock, then I had to inlet the lock to the bbl, which didn't turn out very well. I didn't know what I was doing at the time. There was still a gap, but I rigged it so I could shoot, but now powder is getting between the bbl and lock. I don't want to junk the gun because it shoots rather well. Does anyone have a used Renegade or 15/16 Hawken stock they would like to sell? Or know where I could find one? Now that I have more information, I'd like like try again. Thanks

I'd look for a TC hawken 15/16 stock. All the hardware should fit except the butt plate. If you get a renagade stock I'd look for a 1" barrel to go with it.

Another option is a custom stock that is inletted to fit most of your hardware. This would probably be less work than trying to make a 15/16 barrel fit a 1" stock.

If powder is getting between the barrel and lock, enough may accumulate to cause an explosion. This could damage the gun or your epidermis, so be careful.
