Do you have Track's stock number for the fowler? It will be an alpha-numeric designator such as AAA-335. Or maybe you could post some photographs?
 
Bill- thanks for the compliment. This fowler is similar[don,t claim it to be exact] to the Kentucky fowler made by gun maker J.P. Beck around 1781-1811. I believe it would have been seen in parts of Pennsylvania
