I got this horn as part of a set that I purchased the top does not open for powder to be poured in the bottom had a brass plunger style dispenser that was loose powder does go in however doesn’t flow freely in or out. There is a little bit of splitting around the open end. I am selling this as a project for someone who may be Able to turn it into a nice horn.$50 shipped I will put the brass attachment in the box with it will ship medium USPS flat rate.
