No apparent markings on the barrel or lock plate. With sling swivels. Only markings in wood under lock.-- SEE PICTURE.

"Looks like a cut down sporterized Austrian Lorenz"

After looking up a Austrian Lorenz.
Do not think so , look at the drum for one thing.
Another it is a .50 cal. (.503) with no proof markings at all.
Lock and trigger guard are wrong for a Austrian Lorenz.
