Yeah, looks like a 61 without the stock mount screws and recoil notches.

I do believe that it is a 51/61 Navy nickel plated brass frame

Those laminated grips are factory issue grips for that particular model.

Barrel is 5.5” and magnet test proves it to be a brass frame nickel plated
