One of our favorite suppers is grilled pork steak, fried eggplant, garden fresh sliced tomato's and cucumbers and onions in vinegar salad and a big tumbler of Iced Tea!

I love liver and onions, but don't contaminate my eggplant please!

Eggplant is about the most tasteless food there is. It is good in parmesan because the tomato and cheese taste good. Eggplant is just a filler. Kind of like how some bbq meat has little or no taste by itself bur is just something to put bbq sauce on
