"No Excuse Conicals" - Question

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Have seen reference to a hunting bullet known as "No Excuse Conicals" 460gr for .50cal.
Tried the forum search engine and it gave 500 hits due to the words used.
Perhaps someone onbord here has experience with these or can point me in the right direction for more information?

Some of my 1-48 twist rifles have not done as well with the 460 grain No Excuse as the faster twist rifles. The fast twist rifles have all shot them very well. With excellent down range thump power I might add.

I shoot into a steel bullet trap. The back of the trap is a series of steel plates 3/4 inch thick. These No Excuse Conicals with 85 grains of Goex 3f have enough power to lift those steel plates and kick them out of the trap.
