I shot this the other day for the first time and was well pleased with it. Purchased it used for about half retail new off Gunbroker. Sights were pretty well centered fore and aft so no real idea where they might land.
Started at in at 50 yards, 60 grs of 3F and .440 ball with .010 patch, CCI cap and first shot hit the target, just low and left a couple inches, always a good start.
Fired another shot with same and it came right a bit, so I fired a few more and could see it was shooting low and left and when I changed to 70 grs of 2F, I changed my hold and put 4 of 5 right in or near the 2" white center on blue 6" bull.
None too shabby for first time out, I will experiment a little next time, with a .445 ball, having now bumped the sights over a bit, it should be closer to on than before . Here is a pic of the rifle.
