Definitely in overdrive. I can barely get him to leave his shop. He bagged going with me to the North East Primitive Rendezvous yesterday. I even promised to get him a ice cream. :thumbsup:

Watched the entire build of the pistol. Can attest to its quality. Roy put alot of extra effort in that one.
 
That pistol is a beauty !!! Roy does great work. Built a Hawken for me about three years back. Love the stock finish on that pistol. I too am partial to darker stock stains. It's great that Roy can use a darker stain, yet still allow the grain to show through. That .55 is a great caliber for a smoothbore. I can use either .530 or .526 balls with the same accuracy.
Again, great looking pistol with beautiful lines.
