This folder was made by PitchyPine and I just wanted to show it you fella's. He used a deer antler for the handle and milled it out so as the knife folds into the handle when closed and when opened the small tang folds open into a slot on the back. The lines of the blade flow right into the lines of the handle, giving it a very nice appearance. This is the first craftsman custom built knife I've ever owned. And I'm here to tell you that it came out beautiful. I only wish i could have taken a better pic to knife. But you's get the idea. I think Pitchy did a stand-up job on it.

Thanks Snagg, when i came to this board i never even heard of a friction folder. So the credit goes to all the members here that inspire all of us to create something.
Each and every one of us have a gift to do something and we should compliment each other for their efforts.
It`s not about being important or wanting praise, it`s about being brothers and sisters in things we enjoy and sharing that joy.
God Bless ya all. :hatsoff:

I to had never heard of a friction folder before. I was inspired to build one by images posted by others. I've never built a knife before. Hopefully I'll have my first one done soon.
