Need Help Identifying Percussion Rifle J.L.

I need help identifying a .40 cal percussion rifle I recently acquired.

It’s marked J.L. on the underside of the wrist with a serial number, which is in the attached picture. I’ll attach a couple more pictures shortly. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated!

Probably going to get better results if you shoot photos of the entire rifle, and the lock as well, for a beginning...,
