It's supposed to be the same formula as the Original Lehigh Valley lube which I have used and like very much. I have not tried the Mr. Flintlock lube yet.
 
Not yet, but I plan on getting a bottle soon just to see what the shouting is about. So far Hoppe's No.9 plus does the job for me.
 
I did a video interview with George Sutton (Mr. Flintlock) at the Spring Nationals, Friendship. He also does the "Impossible Shots" on Shooting USA. He describes both the impossible shots segments and "Mr Flintlock's patch Lube and Bore Cleaner" in the video:
