For a given person, is there any relationship between gun stock Length of Pull and stock Drop at the heel? Will a stock with more drop require a larger, smaller or the same LOP to fit well?

For example:
Someone has gun that fits him well. For that gun LOP = 13.75" and Drop = 2.5". If that person has a gun built with 3.25" Drop, will the 13.75" LOP still be the best choice for him? If not, would it be larger or smaller than 13.75"?
Bob

The stock angle is created by BOTH drop at heel and at the comb. That angle creates a certain height at where you would be placing your jawbone on the stock at that particular LOP.

Lowering these brings the cheekbone lower in reference to line of sight over the barrel.
