Lock repair?

Who would be a good person to send the lock from a musket to to have them lighten the mainspring and frizzen spring and polish and tune the insides to get a better trigger pull and smoother operating lock? Right now it is a beast to cock and the trigger pull is very heavy. Both springs are excessive.
