Well packed. Speedy delivery from order date. Beautiful piece of mid level maple with figure I would expect on the higher quality maple.

I will only have weekends to work and buying tools as I need. This will take a while. I have a carving plan worked out and pretty much good idea for finishing. Since this is my first I will be slow but careful and thoughtful.

Looking at an Adam Haymaker and a John Schriet for inspiration.
